Why it matters
A dependency that failed to start also blocks every resource that needs it. The root cause is usually an error in the dependency itself.
How to fix
Look for errors from the dependency in the server console (or txAdmin Live Console) and fix why it does not start.

Add -- molfar-audit-ignore MAN002 on the reported line (or the line above it), or ignore it in config.json: "ignore": [{ "rule": "MAN002", "resource": "your_resource" }].
