MAN006 Lua resource without lua54 'yes'

The resource has Lua scripts but does not enable Lua 5.4.

Why it matters

Without it the resource runs on the old Lua 5.3 runtime, which is slower and cannot be protected with Asset Escrow.

How to fix

Add lua54 'yes' to fxmanifest.lua and test the resource (5.4 is almost always compatible).
